Envy presents new summer menu in completely renovated space

Envy, a renowned riverside restaurant in Lisbon that combines sophisticated cuisine with live artistic performances, presents its new menu to welcome summer.

The new menu is an ode to seasonality, with salads and desserts that use exclusively seasonal fruits, within a dynamic menu to ensure that fresh ingredients are always the highlight. An action that reflects Envy’s commitment to sustainability and zero waste philosophy.

It all starts with the Couvert, which translates into Bolo do Caco with garlic butter, Mafra bread, shrimp butter and cheese mousse with aromatic herbs

Among the starters to highlight: Guillo-style Prawns, Roto Eggs with Sausage and the new addition for this summer of 2024 is Steak Tartar with a toast base and which includes chopped veal loin with capers, pickles, mustard, red onion, Worcestershire sauce.

One of the restaurant’s features is that the manager will meet all customers with a suitcase containing the various cuts of Envy’s aged meat: Entrecôte, T-Bone, Cowboy Steak – all aged 45/60 days. maturation -, Galician Beef Ribeye Steak and Australian Skirt Steak – the latest additions to this chapter of the Envy menu.

To accompany the meals are XL sangrias, that is, 2L each: one with passion fruit and green apple, the other with melon and watermelon with sparkling wine.

As for the desserts, Snickers (Paçoca and caramel cream with cornflakes), Tiramissú a champagne cookie with mascarpone cream and coffee, Citric Ingot an orange cream with pink grapefruit jelly and citrus ice cream and Vegan Temptation is a chocolate brownie with peanuts and sorbet of raspberry.
