Lust in Rio wants to celebrate 11 years with “the party of the year” — entry is free

Despite having only opened in 2013, Lust in Rio is already one of the symbols of nightlife in Lisbon. To celebrate its 11th anniversary, the club will have a “memorable party” this Saturday, August 31st.

Under the theme Evolution, the night promises to surprise guests with many unexpected shows that will help create a “unique, extraordinary and unforgettable event”, describes the organization of the space located in the Santos region.

The music will be provided by famous Brazilian DJs Bruna Lennon and Rodrigo Ribeiro. They will be joined by Portuguese residents Ivo and Ricardo Coimbra. The pair will ensure that “the energy on the dance floor remains high throughout the night.”

The party will be attended by more than three thousand people, estimate those responsible for the nightclub, which covers around two thousand square meters. Best of all? Entry is free. This way, everyone will be able to “be part of this special night” which will simultaneously be “the party of the year”.

Throughout the days, Lust has events where different musical styles reign. On Thursdays, for example, you can listen to the famous Brazilian funk. Pop and electronic are also highlighted. “Our parties reflect the best of the region’s bars and clubs, incorporating the most current sounds, with internationally renowned DJs. This dedication to musical excellence places us among the best clubs and discos in Lisbon”, says the house.

Until the end of September, the space is open from Tuesday to Saturday from midnight to six in the morning. Between October and May, you can go there from Wednesday to Saturday within the same timetable.

In addition to the dance floor, next to Lust in Rio you will find Envy, a restaurant that also has live music and other performances, such as dancing. The venture was born during the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, when nightlife was interrupted for months and clubs had to reinvent themselves. Read the NiT article and learn about this concept.
