For 15 people or more, the Christmas menus feature fusion cuisine consisting of three starters – with a highlight on the iconic Rotos Cod Eggs confit – main dish of your choice – with options inspired by Italian haute cuisine, such as Porchetta with Pangrittato al Pistachios slowly cooked for 8 hours, Rack of Lamb, Octopus with Wild Potatoes or, in a multi-sensory Asian journey, Nasi Goreng drizzled with oyster sauce. Desserts highlight seasonal fruits accompanied by the incomparable French Toast on long fermentation brioche bread and the delicious Churros with Dulce de Leche. The drinks category includes a selection of red and white wines, sangria and non-alcoholic options.
The relaxed dinner is joined by a *performance* from a live DJ, with tracks ranging from *dance* to great timeless classics, which guarantees a unique party atmosphere and then direct access to the Lust in Rio nightclub, open from Wednesday to Saturday.
